Position Overview This full-time position offers the potential for advancement within the company based on both need and experience. Your dedication and performance will be recognized, allowing you to progress and develop your career within our expanding insurance office.Our established State Farm Insurance Agency is looking for a personable, detail oriented, organized, full time Customer Service Rep. Must be outgoing, have the ability to manage multiple detail-oriented tasks, and work well with others. Excellent customer service and communication (verbal/written) skills are a must. Insurance agency experience is required. State Farm specific agency experience and bilingual is a plus.
**Starting salary may be adjusted with experience level.
Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market/sell appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Attention to detail, the ability to handle rejection, and a friendly and professional demeanor are essential for success in this role.
- Must be able to be self-motivated to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas.
- Process daily office underwriting requests, payments, and changes.
- Help with customer questions, complaints, and technical issues.
- This is a service/sales position.
